Here's the formats we like:

• VIDEO: upload to a platform like vimeo or youtube and add the link to the doc
• AUDIO: mp3 or mp4 (no m4a's!!), ≤ 20 MB -OR- soundcloud / bandcamp link added to the doc
• TEXT: anything. if you have any specific formatting needs let us know. if it's a google doc please give us edit permissions
• IMAGES: high-res photo/scan, ≤ 5 MB
